Terms and Conditions for Merchandise Sales

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of merchandise sold by Retail is Coming LLC ("we", "our", or "us") on behalf of Solana Spaces, through our events, activations, and any affiliated online platforms. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Merchandise Representation

Retail is Coming LLC acts as a retail partner for Solana Spaces. Merchandise sold is inspired by or in collaboration with Solana Spaces but does not imply any legal affiliation or endorsement by Solana Labs or its entities. All intellectual property remains the sole property of the original rights holder.

2. Payments

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, crypto payments (e.g. $SOL, $USDC, $STORE), and other authorized methods.

Crypto Payments:

• Prices are denominated in USD and converted at the real-time market rate at checkout.
• Due to volatility, crypto transactions are final and non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for gas fees, wallet errors, or incorrect wallet addresses submitted by customers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via standard domestic and international carriers.

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days (domestic), 10–21 business days (international).

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Lost/Damaged Packages: Please report within 7 days of expected delivery. We may offer replacement at our discretion.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, except for defective or incorrect items.

For eligible returns, requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless due to an error on our part.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated, merchandise is sold as-is with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from use, wear, or digital utility.

6. Digital Components & Token-Linked Items

Some items may include access to NFTs, token rewards (e.g. $STORE), or digital collectibles.

Redemption details and eligibility will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Digital perks may have expiration windows, and unclaimed items may not be reissued.

Technical support is limited to platform availability (e.g. Phantom, Solflare, etc.).

Retail is Coming LLC is not liable for third-party issues such as failed wallet connections or contract errors.

7. International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country.

All purchases are made under the jurisdiction of U.S. law, and international customers agree to these terms by purchasing.

8. Privacy Policy

By purchasing from us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes contact details, wallet addresses, and order information used to fulfill orders, issue digital rewards, and provide updates.

9. Product Descriptions & Variations

We strive for accuracy, but colors, sizes, and appearances may vary slightly from photos due to lighting, screen resolution, or batch variation. We do not guarantee exact matches to preview images.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, pandemics, supply chain interruptions, or government orders.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated through official channels. Continued purchases after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
